True, it's not a shining example of a profanity-less game, but I recommend splinter cell conviction nevertheless, it wasn't ENTIRELY messed up.

Well Splinter Cell Conviction isn't exactly a shining example of a profanity-less game…but yeah, I third the recommendation for playing Two Thrones; it's not nearly as dark, gory, and the story is much more uplifting. And I think the violence is much less graphic considering you rarely fight humans.

I'd stick with Brandon and Seriousgamer here, play two thrones or '08.
And on the subject of ubisoft dragging in inappropriate material, at least they haven't entirely messed up splinter cell and ghost recon, right?

Actually, in Two Thrones, one of the female characters wears a dress with open sides. And I cant tell you I've played Two Thrones, and the violence is just as bloody, but you can turn the blood off. But for once, I agree with Brandon, and I'd recommend Two Thrones over Warrior Within. Besides all the problems in terms of content, this game is just too hard. Believe me, I know. Two Thrones isn't much easier, but it's cleaner.

More likely than not. I can't see the reason for playing the demo if you're not going to get the game itself, though. It is disappointing that Ubi Soft has to be just so dumb as to stick inappropriate stuff in it. Go to Two Thrones. The violence is about as keyed-down, I think. And there's nothing inappropriate. Two Thrones and the next one in '08 were the most appropriate, asides from the piece of garbage Forgotten Sands. FS is actually really good, but there's DRM involved, so forget it if you want it for PC. Glad to see that Ubi Soft cleaned up the Prince's act in Two Thrones and onward.

Is the (pc) demo of the game ok (with the blood turned off) for a 13 year old? Does the demo have the sexual content in it?
