SO, ignoring the 'M' rating, just play MKII and III with the blood off (that's what I did) and you'll be fine. Those really are the only games worth playing in this collection. If you have kids that insist on playing Mortal Kombat I might recommend getting an Super NES and getting the very first game. It's been censored with blood replaced with sweat and more than half the finishing moves have been altered to be less violent. I'd give this game rent only.
