Warning: Spore Lovers Don Not Read!

I'm sorry people, but I really dislike this game. Mostly because there was so much hype for it, and I was pretty excited about it.
But when I finally got to play it.. big disapointment. You get to the space age far too quickly. I wish they did alot more with you in the creature stage. And the aquatic stage, that was a blast, if only it would last longer.
Space Age = zero fun. :(

Everyone should note that the game automatically installs SecuROM, and "anti-piracy" program that does nothing to prevent piracy, limits your game to 3 installations (meaning if you format you HDD or change a computer part, that's one installation used up), and messes with your computer resources, even crashing you drives.
Personally, I'm boycotting EA until they stop this stupidity.

I require a citation or source for this 'disproving' of Unguided Evolution.

@<a href="#comment-1684" rel="nofollow">Steve</a>:
Seriously, you wouldn't last 2 seconds debating against an atheist. Evolution is NOT an evil theory, but atheists use it to spill all this garbage about "There is no evidence for God." The problem is not the theory of evolution, but the theory of UNGIUDED evolution. Unguided Evolution has been proven false a ton of times. Evolution itself cannot prove or disprove anything. What I have an issue with, is people who claim it's fact. It's just theory. It's not even scientific law for pete's sake! But that's not in Spore. My biggest issue with Spore is that, as I said before, it's like you're playing God. But I'll leave it up to you whether you think that's wrong or not.

@<a href="#comment-1684" rel="nofollow">Steve</a>:

It's spelled 'subtle'.

I think you misunderstand what evolution is. Evolution encompasses many theories, chief among them that species can change over time to adapt to their environment. I see nowhere in its tenants that are meant to or can be skewed to disprove God.

I don't believe in evolution, in that it doesn't require my belief to make it work. It is what it is, with or without my approval or acceptance.

Well, this is a Fun game, though the 'Zealot' Space Stage charactaristic and 'Religious' Civilization type disturb me a bit, given the fact that they're a generic depiction of Christianity, and monotheistic religions. (I say Chrsitianity AND monotheistic religions because I think that using the term 'religion' to refer to Christianity would be demeaning) It also uses a scientifically disproven theory on "how life started on earth" namely, coming in a meteor. (this was disproven as shown in popular science, the bacteria on the outside died before they reached earth, and the ones on the inside died seconds, or less after entering the atmosphere)
Also, in tribal stage, when your creatures heal themselves, they squat and look like they're meditating. Also, there's a 'Galactic god' Achievement that you get if you play all the way from cell stage to space stage. This is only a badge intended by the developers to be shown off, nothing more. Finally, and most disturbing of all, the third-to-last and last titles you can earn in the space stage are 'The All Powerful' and 'The Omnipotent' only God is both, however, you are never worshipped in any way shape or form.

Also, you can take the Kalam arguement Scott, and put it into Spore.

Kalam said this as his argument

"Everything that has a beginning has a cause, the universe has a beginning, so the universe has a cause."

Spore creatures devoloping have a beginning, so they have cause. They don't just evolve over time, you make a choice, so your they're cause.
