Otherwise without extreme content 14+ with extreme content 17+ this game can get very very violent and you forgot one thing with extreme content on that you can shoot heads off with the sniper rifle. I personally like playing with it off because I think the blood looks fake and when you kill some alien it all ends up in almost a perfect square. Weird huh?
