You bought it for your eight year old daughter !!!!!!!! You should at least check the age rating on the back before buying a game and isn't the term 'Grand Theft Auto 'Enough to recognize that the game is bad

He does that for storyline calls (after missions, mainly) and yes, unless you hang up and miss the rest of the call he walks and can't use his weapons. With other calls you can choose not to answer, but, again, with friends you'll lose "like" for hanging up on them.
